Policy on Revisions

Depending on the selected bundle, MetaMalistic offers revisions. Revision turnaround is typically 48 to 72 hours.

Turn Around Time

Most design services have a 48 to 72 hour turnaround per design iteration. This does not reflect total project duration.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued once initial designs are approved or revisions are requested, except if MetaMalistic cancels the contract for reasons other than client breach or non-performance.

Refund Process

  • Before initial concepts are delivered: full refund less 10% service and processing fee.
  • Between 48 and 120 hours after initial design: 33% return less 10% service and processing fee.
  • After 120 hours, no refund requests will be considered.
  • After final files delivery, no refunds will be considered.
  • No refunds once a website is live or after a video storyboard is approved.

Additional Refund Conditions

Refund requests must provide justification and are evaluated against the design brief and feedback.

  • Copyright protection certificates
  • Website and email hosting
  • SSL certificates
  • Domain purchases
  • Maintenance and SEO plans
  • Social media marketing and Google Ads

How to Claim Your Refund

Email info@metamalistic.com with your concern. We will attempt resolution via revisions first or approve the refund request if applicable.

All valid communications must be sent via info@metamalistic.com.

Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered as confirmed by email. Websites go live only after all dues are cleared.

Design Ownership & Rights

Finalized designs are owned by the client after final approval and delivery of core files. Revision cycle materials remain property of MetaMalistic.

On-Hold Projects Clause

If there is no client response for 14 days, the project may be considered on-hold and closed. Resumption may require a reactivation fee.
